个人简介：

    张锦特，台湾新竹人，1958年12月出生。长庚大学特聘教授，博士。长期从事管理决策，资源环境、人工智能金融、人工智能医疗、人工智能商业运营等多领域研究。毕业于台湾交通大学信息管理研究所。兼任林口长庚医院胸腔科研究员，林口长庚医院临床试验中心顾问。曾获2008年台科技主管部门的杰出研究奖，2002年获台科技主管部门颁发的吴大猷先生纪念奖。

担任Applied Soft Computing (SCI) 特刊主编，Mathematical Problems in Engineering(SCI)责任编委，IEEE Access(SCI) 副主编，International Journal of Business and Information（ABI/INFROM）副主编。在IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, Renewable & Sustainable Energy Review, European Journal of Operational Research, OMEGA, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Transportation Research Part A, Transportation Research Part E, Neural Network, Journal of the Operational Research Society, International Journal of Production Economics, Computers & Education, Computer and Industrial Engineering, Computers and Operations Research, Applied Mathematical Modelling, Applied Soft Computing, Applied Mathematics and Computation, Knowledge-Based Systems, International Journal of Systems Science, Quality and Quantity, Asia-Pacific Journal of Operational Research, Scandinavian Journal of Forest Research, Forest Ecology and Management等国际顶级刊物发表SCI/SSCI论文百余篇。
